Think the province of Quebec gives Europe a run for it's money?

If not all of Europe, could Quebec province give western Europe a run for it's money?

If not western Europe, could Quebec province give just France a run for it's money?

Quebec is very European after all. I guess you can compare the two with: tourism, elegants, cleaniness, attractions etc. etc.

I agree with the people who say that your question is vague. I disagree with them that Québécois French isn't "real" French. I was born and used to live in France, and have frequently traveled to Montréal and Québec City. Their French is certainly different from the French spoken in France- the accent is different, as are the slang and idiomatic expressions, and even some every day words and phrases. But that doesn't preclude it from being "real" French, whatever that means. That's like saying that anyone outside of Britain doesn't speak "real" English. (Plus, just as in Britain, there are many different accents within France. Which of those are "real"?)

I don't understand what you mean by "a run for it's money"  what category are you talking about...if it is speaking French...noooo France speaks the real French...so no contest there.
