Thinking about a hybrid?

I'm thinking about getting a hybrid club to add to/ replace a club in my bag. I dont know much about the hybrids and which ones are good.

I am lookin for a club to hit a 200 yard shot or so... i'll give you some of my club distances as refence.

i'm thinking of replacing my 3 iron/5 wood maybe for an easier to hit 200 yard shot... any suggestion on what clubs or what lofts i should be looking at?

try it first. the better golf stores in my area have swinging areas and nets for you to try clubs first. one place even has the golf simulator software thingy.
