Thinking about another child, need a bigger home?

My husband is more than ready for another child. My son is 9 months old, I'm still not sure if I am ready or not. One main thing holding me back is that we only have a 2 bedroom home. We plan to buy a new home within a year. My husband is telling me not to worry that the baby can sleep in the bassinet in our room, like our son did, until we buy a new home. I don't think that's fair. I would love to wait until he make a year though. What are your thoughts?

Well you could make do with the two bedroom house.  If your going to buy a new home in a year then your new baby would be about 1-2 months old when you move so sleeping in your room is fine.  If you want to wait though, wait.  We cant tell you what you should do.  You have to take in to account though that it will take you a little bit to get pregnant, and then 9 months to have the baby.  You could even plan to get pregnant in a few months so by the time you move you will have a month left of being pregnant.

Why don't you just have the babies share a room?

You can live in a 2 bedroom home however if you don't want to then don't.

Keep in mind, your son is going to be running around in no time and your going to be 9months pregnant trying to chase him and play with him.

My son is 18months old and we've been trying for 8months. But now I look at it it's a blessing kind of that we haven't gotten pregnant yet because I am just enjoying my son so much!

Your baby is only 9 months old. Your body needs time to heal still.

Also getting pregnant isn't always quick and easy so if you's start trying now get pregnant in a few months you's would be probably moving house while your pregnant.

Personally I would wait until your son is about 12months and then start trying. That gives you's 3 months to keep talking it through and make sure this is something you's both want to do and then if it takes 6 months you's will be almost ready to move house and everything.
