Thinking about buying a used Vizio 42"

I am thinking about buying a used VIzio 42" model GV42LF. Seller is asking $850 OBO. Price includes wallmount, surge protector, tv stand and is under a transferrable warranty until 12/2/2010. Is this a good deal?
