Thinking about college?NYU or COlumbia?

I'm taking alot of AP's and I'm a straight A student. I know you have to do mor ethan that to get into really good colleges but I live in NY. I know NYU and Columbia University is ivy league and thus expensive but would it be a bit cheaper b/c I'm going to an in state college? Can you tell me the good and bad about these two universities? I wanna be a nurse and also an accountant.

These are both private colleges and cost the same for everyone no matter where they come from. Columbia has excellent financial aid if you qualify, NYU doesn't so it would probably end up costing more for most.

Columbia is the better of the two schools, it's a more elite university with very top students although NYU is becoming better every year.

NYU's Stern school of business would be the better choice for asn accountant but frankly it wouldn't be worth the $50,000 plus per year both of these schools cost if you plan to be a nurse. Nursing jobs pay the same no matter where you went to school.
