Thinking about getting a samsung instinct flashed to metro?

Okay so i already have a cell phone with metro pcs but I like the new samsung instinct that came out and i just found out you can flash it to metro pcs just for 30.00, buy i also found out that you are only going to be able to make calls and text!!!! no web browsing or multimedia nothing like that!!! does anybody know a way to get these features once you flash your phone to metro??

The services have to be available from your cell provider in order for you to get them...Alot of phones that are flashed for other carriers have the same problem....

i think 30 will include flash your phone to metro.
