  1. i would pick your artist first, shop around and look through people's profiles until you find someone's work you really love.

than talk to them about what kind of tattoo you want, come up with an idea together, and the artist should be able to come up with a really great design.

there's no good way to look at designs online b/c they're pretty much all flash, but if you go to one of those sites where people post pictures of their tattoos at least you'll be able to look at something already on the body and those designs might be more unique.

  2. you should go to the tattoo shop and look at their books. but if u are gonna get a tattoo don't get something that just "looks cool" you are gonna have it the rest of your  life it needs to mean something to you. don't just get barbed wire or some chineese symbol for the word octopus if you know what i mean.  the best thing u can do is come up with an idea...tell  the tattoo artist your idea and let him draw it up. good luck!

  3. i dont get why everyone awnsered so rudely

yes in the end its your choice and it should have meaning

but like..some people need a base to work at

    www.tattoofinder.com

    is a good site...

  4. tons and tons of AMAZING artwork!

    www.tattooartists.org

  5. duh if youre gunna get a tattoo it should be something more than just for show, it should mean something

therefor you shouldnt ask other people if it would look cool, or what they think, it should really only matter to you what it is.
