Thinking about going Vegetarian?

I was wondering how I could get all my nutrients and vitamins if I become a vegan? Im guessing I would take supplements.....right?

  1. Take supplements, and eat protein enriched foods like tofu and beans and nuts!


  2. You'll need a B12 supplement.  Everything else you can get from a careful vegetarian diet.  Iron deficiencies are fairly common so you might want to take a general daily vitamin anyway.  Won't hurt.
