Thinking about opening shop?

Right now I'm out of work. I know that economy is in a slump. I've been giving a lot of thought to setting up a table near the strip mall and reading Tarot cards to make some extra money. (I've been studding the tarrot for 12 years.) I was wondering if any one can give me some insight on weather its leagal to do so or do I need some sort of permit?

you will definetly need a permit, you cant just set up shop there.. you'll probably also need to pay some form of "rent"
