Does anyone have experience of this? My job requires registration, do I need to do this before sending off an EOI? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

  1. just make sure ure not fat. Apparently they don't let fat people in anymore.

  2. my advice (which I seem to recommend a lot of this site!) is to visit the British Expats site. There is a special part on the New Zealand bulletin board concerned with Expression of Interest (intent?).

  3. Registration with the relevant body for your profession before applying is a good idea, as it increases your points count, but may not be necessary. My wife is a registered nurse and got her NZ registration while we were still living in the UK. We had our papers within weeks. Anything to facilitate the process will speed it up.

  4. We sure as h**l need skilled migrants!

  5. cool! I would recomend you use an immigration agency i know it adds to the expense but it will stop you going round in circles with paperwork, or contact the new zealand embassy in london good luck
