A company called "the emmigration group" will do it nearly all for you---for a fee---they are specialists in going to oz and nz.

In order to permanently migrate here you need to qualify.  You need to either have skills that we are short of here (eg. some trades, nursing, medical or other paramedical, miners etc.), be highly educated,  be rich (business migration) or qualify as a refugee.  If you are over 45 or are sick it will be more difficult.  The Australian government has an immigration webite for more information (just google it).

If you are under 30, you can get a one year working visa.

You can get a student visa if you come here to study (as a full fee paying student).
