Question:

Thinking of entering a bodybuilding contest?

Basically I've been told about 5 or 6 times this month that I should enter one coming up next month. I hear there's no real reward or prize for winning until you've won 3 or 4. I've also been told that I'd probably walk away with 1st place in my weight class without even having to try..

Anyone think I should do it? Or, is it just a $60.00 day long event to boost an ego?

  1. I'd say try it, and I hope you win.  You never know what the judges will choose on any given day, and I would hate for it to turn into an ego buster.  Your pic is small but from what I can see, I think you have a good chance at winning.

  2. I say give it a go if it will boost your ego, or if you simply wish to do it.

If you take second or first, that would be a good bragging point in future.

  3. If the idea of being a pro bodybuilder appeals to you then give it a shot. It could be of value to you in the future. I personally wouldn't do it even if I was huge, because the I don't need being a bodybuilder to be part of my image, but it's your call.

  4. Give a go, if you dont like it then at least you'll know
