Thinking of getting a Phenol Face Peel...?

Question

I'm thinking of getting one, can anyone provide me details with their own personal experience? There is the a light and heavy peel. I'm thinking of getting the light peel, but I have no idea how much it would cost, if my insurance would cover it, etc... Anyway, I'm interested from hearing from someones real-life experience, so I can learn things that surgeon's couldn't be able to tell me themselves.

dont do it. get kheils chemical peel . i use it 4x a week and my skin is sooooooooo clear!

Please think twice before you get this type of peel as it is the strongest type of acid.

Choose lighter -glycolic peel -first the skin darken, wrinkles then peels like made. You'll need to take 1 week off to hide & apply high SPF 50 creams to protect your  skin after that. No beach..wear a hat...Pls go to a skin specialist for this as they have the experiance to apply / time the acid aplication. After that you'll have nice baby skin -sometimes you need to do 3-4 times a year for this effect. Costly.

Alternative try the Lancome Peel kits..not so strong effect.
