Thinking of going on hols to Bulgaria, where abouts are the cheapest but best places to go?

We actually loved Bulgaria last year.Went to Sunny beach

There was lots to do,apart from in our apartments there wasnt any entertainment.

But along the beach front lots of bars with entertainments

well, it depends on what u prefer- the seaside ot the mountain.....

seaside- sunny beach

                golden sands

                nesebar

                albena

mountain- borovets

                  pamporovo

hm....for thje seaside the best time is probably july- auguts,......and for the mountain...:) the winter of course.

u r from the uk so in my oppinion u'll find it quite cheap here compared to the uk....and also these are not the cehapest places but they definitely are the best to go...

also u can travel in the country- what about.....Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv, Pleven, Kazanluk, Karlovo.......Rila Monestery......hm....Etura (near Gabrovo).......

my friends went last summer, they all hated bulgaria. said the food was awful, there was no activity's and the night life wasnt great, il ask them which part they were in

Food was bad??? Where did your friends go - McDonalds? Thats the dumbest thing I've heard.

Go in the summer and go to Sozopol or Balchik. Great places, and great beaches.

It seems to have died a death for the British holidaymaker, as it was the up and coming place to go a few years ago.
