Thinking of going to Italy for a family holiday, want to visit Venice while I am there.?

Do you no any holiday resorts near Venice ?

Also is the weather good in July and are there disco's for teenagers??

Lido de Jesolo ( not sure of the spelling ) and lots more in that area, but I would suggest you go as far away from Venice as is reasonable because the prices will be high, as for disco's they are every where and the weather at that time should be hot to unbearable, oh and if your kids are girls, watch out for the bum pincher's they are a bloody nuisance.

Don't know about resorts, but the Lido island, right next to the main city island has long, sandy beaches and plenty of hotels.

Venice is a holiday resort! Just find a place to stay in the city itself and you'll be fine.
