Thinking of leaving California?

Question

Were thinking of moving our family to Melbourne Austraila. Is it a good place to raise kids and how is the crime out there, and employment, and health benefits, and schooling? Someone please help me, so undecided.

If you're currently living in the Bay Area, you won't find any place as the Bay Area.

My family left California back in '67.  Though the family's children have all been successful, I've always wondered what could of been...now, they are but memories. I truly can not help only reminisce. Sorry!
