Question:

Thinking of moving from the UK to New Zealand?

I am currently doing a final year degree at a uni in England, next year I am doing a primary PGCE (teaching). I hope to spend another 6 years in the UK, saving money from being a teacher + living with my parents.

My question is:

Is there a popular demand for primary teachers in New Zealand?

How much (average) do primary teachers get paid when they have been teaching for 4 years?

Any other advice?

Thanks!

  1. Best advice you can get is go to the EXPO's happening in the UK in October for NZ to see what your options are.

Immigration are there to help with any questions and help with filling out forms.

    See  http://expo-newzealand.com

Job offers can be made there and then for the skilled workers also.
