Thinking of moving to France, any advice?

Hi!!

I am thinking of moving to France! I have looked into homes, and found a few! If you have any info on homes, jobs, (I am a truck driver!) or anything else you can recommend, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Your first concern will be to get a work visa...unless you are a citizen of a E.U.country.  If you are an American,getting a work visa is nearly impossible...ALL other Eurpoeans are ahead of Americans.  Unemployment is high in France...and you cannot just "move" there and go job hunting. Need to check website of French Embassy and research work and residence visa requirements.

Yes agree with Charlie, if you are not from the E.U then getting a work visa is next to impossible.
