my goal is to become a successful actress. i know it's gonna take a while to get to the point where i can solely rely on money from acting as a permanent income but UNTIL then i'll work as a nurse (currently in college for nursing). before i move there is it better to...

-rent an apartment? (how do ppl rent? i hear it's SO EXPENSIVE and

roommates aren't guaranteed! what's the diff.

between bachelor and single room apartments?)

-rent to own (houses)? this guy told me it was what he did and he lives

pretty good. (http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/apa/803501678.html)

  1. I'd say rent an apartment and get lots of roommates. L.A. is maybe the most expensive city in the U.S. to live in along with NYC. Even on a nurse's salary, it would be tough to afford decent housing out there. And the price of gas in California is outrageous.

  2. I'd think about staying in college and staying in nursing.

  3. i Love LA. Its expensive but wirthy

  4. stay away from my hood, campum and we get along

  5. Don't do it. Become a nurse where you will get paid more than 99% of the actors in LA. Being a nurse is so rewarding and if you are in school you won't have the time to take acting seriously. I know this is conceited but if you do not have model-type looks then I really would advise against becoming an actress. It's just so competitive and a lot of the people in that business are the worst in terms of personality on the planet.

  6. uhm im from LA, and i think it would be better if you rent an aparment near your college or sooumething, and also to move in with people that you can rely on, like your frineds.

  7. Let me be the one to say it...

    Aint gonna happen.
