Thinking of moving to Tucson Az, what are the pitfalls, the perks, what are all the good things about Tucson

I am thinking about moving to Tucson Az, what should i be wary of, what areas to stay away from, what should i be aware of that is good, nice places to hang around, good places to shop for food, i am not interested in entertainment and nightlife all that much, or museums or anything like that, just want to live and hang around, go outside the city,anybody know about the housing, how is it, nicer areas, with affordable rents, thanks for any advice and information, thank you
