Hay guys,

I'm thinking of taking 6 months off work and travelling aroudn the world. yes, I know, the typical thing loads of students do after they graduate. Well, I'm male, 28 & from the UK, and Im just wondering if anyone else has done what I'm thinking of doing? I have a vague route of London -> Singapore -> (working my way through asia visiting places such as Cambodia, Vietman, thailand etc etc) then getting a flight tio Australia, working my way down the east coast from carins to possibly sydney or melbourne then getting on a place & going to Fiji then onto the states (unknown destinations at the moment) then home.

I'm hoping to do it all in 6 mnths for under £6000.

Anyone done a similar route?

Any good / bad points, suggestions, thoughts, experience.

Thanks.

PS: I've been told good looking guys make lots of friends whilst travelling, is that right? If so, I think I should be ok. (Without sounding big headed!)

cheers guys!

  1. Hey

I haven't done that before but I do have a suggestion. If coming to Australia..you should definitely go somewhere in Queensland because its warmer and theres more things to do. The Gold Coast and Brisbane are good. Sydney and Melbourne are also good but quite cold so you probably won't want to go to the beach!

Queensland has some of the best beaches in the world and the gold coast has really beautiful women :)
