  1. Hopefully he gets banned for life,he a danger to other road users

  2. if he hasent learnt by the second one what makes you think he will abide the ban

lock him up for a few years maybe he will get the message

  3. Driving/Attempting to Drive with excess alcohol (DR10)

Penalty - Fine - up to Level 5 (£5,000) and/or up to 6 months imprisonment

Mandatory disqualification for at least 12 months for first offence

Mandatory disqualification for at least 3 years for second offence within 10 years.

  4. I would like to think he would be given a jail sentence but knowing the law in this country he will probably get a bloody conditional discharge or something stupid.

    Tracey x*x

  5. h**l probably go away, and also before he gets his licence back he has to prove to the court he doesnt have a drink problem, and anything he gets he deserves, plus a whole lot more

  6. What an idiot, I hope they put him away before he kills somebody.

If what "Voda" says is correct, I can't believe he will probably only get away with a three year ban.  At least we have the comfort that his insurance will go through the roof.

  7. Most likely he will get at least a 5 year ban but this depends.  On things like how much he was over the limit?  And was he serving a disqualification when he was caught?

In reality he will probably be looking at 3 to 6 months inside and then a 5 year ban waiting for him when he comes out.  Silly boy.

  8. I'm not telling you this so you can poke fun at the bloke as I wouldn't want to instigate that sort of behaviour.  However, if he is a serial offender in this sort of thing, the Courts generally look down on this type of behaviour and he may get a custodial sentence.

That said, the way the Court system works these days he will probably just get a community punishment order, a hefty fine, another ban and more points on his licence.

  9. probably 12 months and banned for 5 years, he should get more in my eyes but the law is an ***
