Thirteen with a 70inch waist?

Is that too big? And advice on how to lose tummy fat/

  1. calories? don't look at cals.

    just look at how much you eat. don't eat too much.

    just lower your food intake. by a LITTLe cause if you do too much that isn't healthy.

    go running. you're not obese, you're just starting to pick up weight.

    tummy fat goes away over time. so give it a few months. you'll see results in 3 weeks though.

    RUN everyday. at least 20 mins of a pretty good pace where you feel like you are working hard to run. don't be afraid to go the extra mile. it'll be good for your body.


  2. 1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegatables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegitables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minuts.

    6. Run as fast as you can for 30 minuts daily.

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.

  3. Best way is to get more active, such as outside activities, preferably doing physical activities. Run, power walk, even simple walking, sports. Basically do anything besides sitting on ur behind and eat and watch tv.  

  4. If you want to lose weight and get more fit, then this is the way to go:

    Eat as much watermelon as you can throughout the day. Drink heaps of water. Try not to eat junk or fatty foods either.

    Each night about ½ an hour after dinner or ½ an hour before breakfast, go for an approximately 15min run/jog. If you can, run with light weights in your hands, pulling them up to your shoulders as you go. You only really need to do this if you want fitness, though. (You should never really exercise within ½ an hour of exercising).

    In the first week you might:

    -Feel sick in the stomach. This is because you are flushing out toxins from your body. This will pass within a few days. You will be much healthier afterwards!

    -You may find that your weight stays the same or even goes up. This is normal. After a week you will feel and see the difference. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but don’t let this stop you from exercising!

    If its centimenters than you'd have about a 28 inch waist, not bad at all lol
