My Family thinks that since I am graduating from H.S. this year that all of a sudden I care bout seeing them.But guess what i dont.They dont understand that if I am not dead they dont need to worry.any1 else feel this way.

It's not bull****, although it may feel like it because you want your independence right now.

I don't blame you for wanting your independence, especially since you're becoming an adult.  but maybe your family is communicating that they love you and want to stay in your life.  Try and be empathetic and nice to them, but you can still resolve to live you life and communicate with them as often as you see fit.

Guess what: they're your parents. Their worry for you is not interference; it's love. They care about you a h**l of a lot more than they care about themselves or eachother. If you're saying what I think you are, you need to sort yourself out and give a little credit to the people who have raised you all your life. It's not cool to be like this toward them, whether they're perfect or not (and nobody has perfect parents).

Cut them some slack or you'll not only grow up to be a hateful person, but you'll also regret it when times get tough and you're too used to being this way to go to them for help.

Remember this: your parents love you more than you have ever loved anybody yet. On your wedding day your love for your wife will still be smaller than your parents' love for you. For your own good, give yourself a slap and let them into your life.

lol...you need help...seriously. Unless they sexually assaulted you, kicked you out for no reason, or are drug users, you had better be careful how you talk about them, because no matter how many people you meet, how independent you think you are, or how spiritual or rich you become. Family will still be the most important thing in this world, because their the only real people that have a true reason to love you, everybody else can say it or try to act like they do, but their love can never be the same as the love of your family. Families do horrible things all the time and no family is perfect, but guess what people don't normally walk away from their families unless their low. Therefore I suggest you learn to bite your tongue, act your age, stop cussing as much, and at least say hello to the people that gave you life and have put up with more of your craap than anyone else in this world ever has or ever will

I have been there. It took me about 8 years out of my family's house before I felt like spending time with them.
