This Italian restaraunt...?

I go to it frequently. I think they have changing chefs. Most of the time, it's really good. But, sometimes, it's different. Not good. What do I do???

Ask for your (favorite) chefs work schedule and go only when s/he is cooking.

I used to work in an Italian restaurant and can tell you that different chefs have different ways of preparing the same dish.

When you go there and the food is good ask the waitress who the cook is . Tell them how much you enjoyed the food !! Chefs love it when you brag about their cooking !! Once you know you can phone the restaurant before you go there and find out who's cooking that way the food will be to your liking!!Bon appetite !!!
