This Omen Meaning?

I have a a burn on my leg and it scabbed over and earlier today I Accidentally hit it with my arm when I was crossing my legs, now while I was eating lunch I noticed a heart shape in it and I am telling the truth it's natural, I have also been talking to this boy named John on the phone a lot, my friend says it's a omen, What does it mean? I am guessing it means me and this boy John are gonna fall in love but I am not sure since I don't have expirience with knowning how to interpret omens. Thanks for your help!

If you want it to mean something then it will. Most people will tell you that it's just a coincidence and you're reading into something because you want it to be true. It's really up to you,as it won't mean much to anyone else.My interpretation is don't fall in love with this boy as he will make your heart go crusty!
