Why can't they be deported if they fail to assimilate and further disrupt Australian society?

  1. I think you might find most of the young people who caused the riots the other year were Aussie born, even if they were of Lebanese descent. There is no real problem with the Lebanese, I live in a street with lots of Lebanese, Chinese, Maori, Indians, a couple of Anglo Australians. We have no problems out in my neighbourhood (SW Sydney). They are good, hard-working people and good neighbours.

You have problems wherever you have disaffected, alienated young people. The problem is that in this country we promote a too aggressive, too competitive, sports based culture. It is all about competition and being 'the best' etc. It is all too macho and not about respect for others. Yes, some of these young men do need to learn a bit more about equality and respect for women, their elders and betters, but so do a lot of other young people. (And that their car will still get along fine without a boom box blaring out at astonishing volume levels).

Are you aware that a lot of these people can't go back to the Lebanon even if they wanted to because there is a WAR on? Would YOU like to live in a war zone? I certainly wouldn't.

  2. Australia seems to have a problem with Lebanese gangs

involving drug dealing, gang rapes & violence.

it's unlikely they can be deported,  since there probably citizens of AU.

That's  unfortunate, it would clean Sydney up.

  3. Just because some lebanese fail to assimilate or integrate among aussies in Sydney, gives you no right to label all Lebanese as them. I agree with you to a certain extent, some Lebanese are a disgrace, with "ZERO respect" as you mentioned, however others are also hard-working citizens that abide by Australian laws, and paying their taxes.

  4. Lebanese they nice , they not disrupt Australian life!!

    God be with you.
