Sorry but I would have to say 2/10 in competive play. There are just too many themes smashed in here and those themes don't mesh well and are far too slow and out dated. You run a ton of traps for using Jinzo and decree, and why mix E heros and dragons. It just doesn't work, and plus there are much better dragons then the ones you are using. Yes this is a little harsh but it's honesty. do not use this deck if you want to win. You must NEVER have Van'Dalgyon and Jinzo in the same deck... NEVER. and Red eyes is garbage now. Go to tcgplayer.com and look up decks that are winning shonen jumps and ones that really work well. Good Luck.
