Well first off I think you should take a break from asking this dude.

But second, I don't think he hates you. I don't think he kissed you for no reason. Maybe he doesn't want to say yes so he doesn't weird out your brother. Just give it some time. Wait a few months or more and talk to him about it and ask him if he likes you and why he kissed you.

Just go with the fllow and let God do the rest!

Ignore him. When he starts talking to you, still ignore him. He will get interested, but trust me, that is not the kind of guy you want- too many games.
