HE GETS ALL IN MY FACE AND STUFF EVERYBODY HAS A PROBLEM WITH HIM IT GETS ON MY NERVES HE IS THE MOST ANNOYING PERSON I EVER MET I WOULD NEVER GO OUT WITH HIM ANY WAY HOW DO I GET HIM THE HECK OUT OF MY FACE

You have to be gentle to him in putting him down. Even if he is annoying he has feelings too. Just let him know that if his behavior does not change you will never be able to be friends (or more). If he does not change you can tell him to get lost if he does than maybe you will find out he is not the worst guy in the world.

First, you wait until you are alone and he does it. Then you ask him very nicly to please not get in your face and tell him why. He may be annoying but, he is a person and he does have feelings. Being rude and unkind to him in front of a lot of people would make you look really snobbish and other things I won't say here. So, remember all people have feelings and if he likes you it's because you are likeable. So, tell him in private and don't make a fool out of him. He may be hurt but, he will appreciate it. Be gentle and kind and not mean. Good luck, I know it is hard to do but you can and must if you want him to stop...he may not really know how intrusive he is, he may be lonely and lacing in social skills.
