This copy of windows is not genuine?

Question

Recently when logging in to my user on my laptop it says in the bottom right corner this copy of windows is not genuine then when i log in it comes up with a little box saying resolve now or resolve later but makes you wait 5 secs before clickin resolve later

Ive had it for about a year with no problems I got it from a computer shop Msn doesnt work ever my laptop still works fine i cant go onto some pages or re download msn but it lets me do the rest i though it was just msn playin up at first so i removed it and it wont let me re download it ?

You must take the software back to where you bought it.

If it is genuine, then they'll fix it for you.

Right click om Computer > properties > activate windows online with the product key.

Well if you're sure that the copy of Windows is legal then it's an error. If it's an error MS will likely solve it soon.

Depending on the shop you bought it from, it might still be under a warranty or guarantee. I would go back to the shop where you bought it and see if they can help you.
