and he is a little bigger than me muscle wise, but i know that if i fight him he'll try to be cool and let me have the first punch, and if i have the first punch i can pretty much knock him out cause ive boxed before. but i dont wanna fight him cause im going into 10th grade and i dont wanna s***w up my future if we get caught. and plus ive never street fought before. im doing the right thing right?

definetly! think if got caught  how hard it would be! you'd be expelled plus people rarely hire people that have jail on their resume and fights easily go out of hand, who knows this kid might try to bring a gun or knife or maybe you accidently punch him to hard leading to a coma or death!
