This error message came up when i started my computer ?

when i loaded my computer this error message came up what does it mean? C:\ progra~1\mywebs~1\bar3.bin\mp3 plugin.dll what do i do now any answers please

There should be more to this error than just the .dll or driver.  Does it say it is missing?

If so you can get the drivers from the internet and reinstall them.  Try booting up in safe mode.  To do this press F8 key during boot up and select Safe Mode in the DOS window using arrow and Enter keys.
