why doesnt he talk to me?

he is in my class, im guessing he likes me because he looks at me alot (in my eyes) so yeahh..

should i talk to him?

to just talk to him because we never talked in person..

You should talk to him. Don't expect him to talk to you. Maybe he feels the same way you do right now.
