This is Creepy but I need help.Please help?

Question

It was last night,and i was just in my room on my computer,all tvs in house off,all speakers on computers shut off.And my stepfather was bringing someone over to our house(we are thinking of making part of our house into an apartment) to show him the part of the house.Well,I was just sitting at my computer and i heard foot steps and someone say "hey ______(the name was unclear,the names were either josh blake or drake),how are you?" And then i heard two voices talking about the apartment,unfamilar voices,then all of a sudden,the voices faded.I went downstairs and no one was there,door was still locked,and i know that if someone had gotten into the house then my dogs would have gone crazy,very protective dogs.I don't know what this is.Because when I looked out the window,my stepfather wasnt even here yet and the guy he was bringing to the house,wasn't named Blake Drake or Josh.I don't know what this means.What could this mean?

I have had several weird things happen to e and I usually think its a entity or ghost. Yes its when you hear something like something si wispering in your ear - it can be freaky - have you had these experiences before?? Maybe its a ghost , kep monitoring it!!

okay, first chill, don't overact until you think about all the possibilities. i know what your probally thinking, but believe me your not going crazy. did you look outside to see if people were talking. sometimes voices can carry in weird ways, mostly because of the acoustics in your house, so someone could be talking outside or even in a neighbors house & their voice carries & can sound like they're right there.

I wish I had a good answer, but maybe you already have tenants.  Too bad you can't charge ghosts rent...

Oh well, they can't hurt you, so just learn to live with 'em.  Ignore 'em, like the fellow in A Beautiful Mind.  They'll do their thing, or they'll go on their merry way, and there's not much we can do about it one way or the next.

If you don't believe in ghosts, uh, just get really drunk and blame the whole incident on that.  Or substitute your drug of choice.

See what ignorance does, kids?  It promotes drug use.  Just say no to ignorance!

i just really hope that it doesnt happen again cause i hate when wierd things happen when im all alone in my house.. doin my thing..... just keep your ears open and i hope that nothing like that happens again...
