here is the problem: a boat travels up and dpwn a stream in 3.5 hrs. the round trip is 46 miles. the stream flow at a rate of 4 mi/ hr. what is the rate of the stream with no current in other word still water?

  1. The rate of the stream with no current would be 0.

    Are you sure that your homework didn't ask for the rate of the boat?
