This is a h**l of allot of exrercise but will it work?

I am on summer holidays so i have all day to do this, i aim to lose about a pound a day. I am going to do the following exercise:

915 calories (approx) - 42 minutes of fast walking the dog around the block

511 calories - walking the dog (2nd dog walk of the day) for an hour up cleve common

114 calories cleaning the bathrooms for an hour

175 calories - light cleaning for an hour, such as dusting and hovering

275 calories - doing 1 hour of cardio

650 calories - 2 hours of playing Wii boxing

361 calories - 1 hour of running around the garden playing football or something with the dogs

175 calories - playing piano for an hour

336 calories - 1 hour of dancing

I no it's allot but it has to be done, does anyone no any exercises that you can do at home that can burn around 900 calories, just so i can cut some of the exercise down. and also i will be eating negative calorie foods. x

  1. I seriously doubt you will keep that up, that SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much to do in one day, you really don't need to do that much in one day, I don't think that professional athletes even do that much work and you know how fit they are

    IF you could keep that up it'd be good.

    But seriously you'll burn out.

    It's waaaay too much.

    And a pound a day is so much weight to lose.

    Not healthy.

    So you won't keep the weight off when you stop, probably.
