How do you change that thing that says Someone is your extended network?

THE STATUS BAR.

After logging in it takes you to "home".

In the center-ish area, more so at the top, you will see a status and mood box.

Just click that, and edit your mood and status.

Click Update on the "status and mood" table on your Myspace home page.

Answer 4

On your home page when you log into myspace, the extended network and mood status is underneath of your picture. You just type in the little section and hit save.
