  1. I can understand your embarassment, but you really should say something to your dad - or another adult relative you feel comfortable with.

    As another poster suggested, it could just be the part where the tubes to transport sperm (vas) and blood vessels conect to the t******e.  If this is the case you should be able to find something similar on the other side.

    If your testicles have just recently started growing with puberty - like in the last six months - it may be that this one side is more developed at this point than the other.

    If not, you really should see a dr.  It would be extremely rare that it is cancer, but if it were that you want to catch it quick.  It could also be a twisted blood vessel that can be fixed to prevent damage.
