This is a shot in the dark, but I'm looking for the name of a stuffed dog i had when i was a kid in the 80's

This particular stuffed animal was light brown with dark brown ears, and had a little pink heart on its chest. if you squeezed its ears or tail, it would say "Ow that hurts, that hurts!" If you squeezed its feet it said "Hehehehe that tickles!" It may have had more messages, but if so, i don't remember. It was my favorite toy ever when i was little and i was so upset when i lost it. Anyway, if anyone actually happens to know this, thanks so much in advance! :)

This plush puppy absolutely was made by Mattel in 1986. I have no idea of it's actual name (I always just see it generally referred to as 1986 Mattel Talking Puppy), but I am sure of the year and brand at least (which is a start for you to base future searches on). I have seen the cat version available on Ebay and some private sites and it said the EXACT same phrases as you mentioned AND has the same pink heart on its chest.  I ran across a place that said it had one, but when I go to the site the puppy is sold and just the cat was left. I will do a few more searches to see if I can find a picture of one or one available for sale somewhere....if I find it I will update my post here for you :)

P.S. I just emailed the seller that had it and asked if they could send me the picture of the one they sold. If they respond and still have the image, I will post it for you and hopefully solve the mystery for you :)
