Does the rainbow bridge have "handrails" or something like that so cars don't fall if there is a crash?

where is the rainbow bridge i would think it would have sides or ther would be more cars at the bottom than on the bridge but dont quote me on this im just guessing

Yeah its kind of the law because it might result in many deaths because some cars might fall over the edge.
