ok i have always wanted to hook up my ps2 to my 50 inch flat screen but i was told it would burn the tv up, is this a lie or not

that doesnt make sense. but i can see why you're afraid cuz, well, its a 50 inch flat screen!!!

buy a different tv and hook it up to that.

it isnt a stupid question but it is kinda nerdy

It can if left on for many hours. I think it might be because of the high graphics. This is why we're not allowed to hook up out PS2 to our LCD either. :(

I don't think it does as much damage as people say though...Kinda makes me mad.
