If someone calls me from long distance like from New York calling to California will my friend in New York get costed or me in California get costed?

  1. If both phones are land lines, then whomever dialed gets billed. If you are the one in California with the land line you should have the one in New York call from a cell phone with cheap airtime.


  2. Who ever dialed the number gets charged for the call

  3. if they call you unless it's a collect call

    they pay.

    if an operator asks if you will accept the charges that means your agreeing to pay.

  4. Whoever dials the other persons number pays for the call, unless they call collect, then the other person has to agree to pay instead.
