Sorry guys but it's never coming back! Every time someone posts a question about wwe, there's always somebody who brings up the attitude era and they start dogging on the wrestling we're stuck with today and they keep whining and whining about how they want the attitude era back. It's been almost 10 years! Please get over it! Sure wrestling has seen better days, and I've seen it. I grew up during the end of the Golden Age and the beginning of the New Generation, been through the Attitude Era, and am still watching through today. Face the facts, the Attitude Era is done and over with. If you're totally unsatisfied with today's program, don't bother watching it.

  1. It will come back when TNA either gets another show or moves to mondays to start Monday Night Wars 2 and Attitude Era 2

  2. i KNOW ITS NOT COMING BACK

  3. uh, we know that

  4. it's never coming back b/c it's a kid show now. it wasn't a kid show back then. i know i miss the attitude era. IF YA SMELLLLLLLL WHAT THE ATTITUDE ERA WAS COOKIN!

  5. I absolutely agree. If they hate it so much they should STOP whining about it and watch something else. Weren't the fans who are whining about todays kid fans the kid fans of yesterday?

They just have to deal the fact that everything has to keep moving on, if the Attitude Era was still here today, people would be complaining it is boring and stale, thats why companies have to move on. WWE are trying something different, if some people dont like it it doesnt mean the WWE should change for them

I have always thought this...but nobody EVER agreed..until now

  6. Correct. I started watching wrestling back in 1993, well before the Attitude Era.

I won't lie and say I didn't like the Attitude Era. I loved the Attitude Era, and so did everyone, hence why ratings were up in the 7's, and now they're down in the 3's and 2's. People don't seem to understand that the WWE is a BUSINESS, so it has to cater to millions of fans, not just the ones who miss the Attitude Era (me being one of them).

Sure, the WWE has it's problems now, and always has had problems. The Attitude Era wasn't exactly perfect. We had our fair share of dodgy storylines, like Mark Henry and Mae Young for example, and many many more. People just like to complain and make themselves look smarter than the rest of us.

WWE has gone PG because the so called "kids" that they're targetting to are the ones that bring in the dollars for Vince. Those are the same kids that buy merchandise, DVD's and all sorts, and that's what the WWE is all about, making MONEY. Sure, people are going to dislike it, but that won't change.

If people are unsatisfied with the product, they can go and watch TNA which is more of an adult show. Also, there are tons of other wrestling promotions to watch. I recommend NJPW or Dragon Gate wrestling.

Bring on the thumbs down, smarks!
