I work out and did alot of sets on biceps, shoulders, abs, triceps, and forearm but the thing is that i dont feel the soreness. I did 4 sets of 10 pound with 25 repitition of each part of the body working out with dumbells except abs. I dont feel sore. What is happening to my body? Should i work out more? Thanks alot

  1. Might want to lift weights that are a little bit heavier.

  2. You are doing so many things incorrectly I don't know where to begin.

    1. Your arms will not grow if youw hole body doesn't grow. The main exercises to get a diesel body and ripped arms and abs are not there. SQUATS, deadlifts, pullups. bent over rows, bench press.

    2. 25 reps does not tax your muscle and make it grow. 8-10 reps are all you ned and it should be a struggle to perform the last rep of any exercise.

    3. To gain muscle you have to move heavy weight and continuosly up that weight. This ties into number 2.

    4. You have to eat to grow. You need a nutrient dense, higher protein, higher calorie diet to gain muscle.

Start with those and you'll build a solid foundation. If you don't you will be like every other weenie I see coming through my gym flapping around trying to build a beach body.

    PS: Did I mention squats?
