The price of gasoline was $1.75 seven years ago.It took 90+years to get to $1.75 and just seven to double.Natural gas has more than tripled in same amount of time. The inventories of crude and gasoline are up so it's not the supply. Infact refineries have cut back production.

  1. Natural gas doesn't require as much refining! In fact it requires virtually nothing as far as processing goes! Therefore any increase in the price of natural gas is enormous when you consider they have nothing to use as a processing cost factor! This is all contrived, and manipulated price gouging. The suppliers are all experiencing record breaking incomes and excess profit margins! It all will end soon, because the public isn't going to take anymore of it!

  2. Bty the time Bush leaves office he and his oil company cronies will be filthy rich.......................

  3. Quit your job. Sell your car. Move to the city. And take the bus. Build a bridge and get over it.

  4. It's greed. They've cut production because that makes the price go up. If they were overproducing, we might actually be able to afford it.
