This is driving me crazy my eye is like puffy and a lil bit red and keeps watering I keep putting eye drops..?

You probably have Pink Eye (conjunctivitis). You should go see a doctor and they will provide you with eye drops that can heal your eye. But for now, you can put a warm cloth on your eye(s) and try not to keep them open for too long..better yet you could just go to bed? Hope you feel better soon!
