Whenever I have to pee, I like lose control a little bit and pee myself... Not like a lot but it's still embarrassing. I've tried Kegel exercises, which didn't work. This happens more at night and in the morning... What do I do???

  1. Go see your doctor, it could be as simple as a UTI which you can get rid of so easily, or something more serious such as a small bladder or other problems. They have medications that can help you to hold it in, and not have to go as bad as fast, so you make it to the bathroom in time for it all to go in the right place.

  2. well, how old r u exactly? it might be more helpful to us to help u better. but ive done worse. i dont exactly have a condition where i cant hold it in, but this one time at work, i REALLY needed to pee but i still had to serve this customer in drive-thru so i accidentally peed ALL over my pants and on the floor. i was embarasses as h**l o ya. hahahaha ahhh good-teenage-times.

    btw. im a GIRL

  3. That first answer had me laughing for, like, ten minutes. WOW.

  4. HI,

Have you given birth vaginally? I noticed after my second child sometimes if I cough or go into a laughing fit (which is rare...usually the coughing) or sometimes even sneezing I will have a little bit of urine escape. 9Which sucks...who needs that huh?  However I gather there becomes a weekness there.  The kegel excercises help some but truthfully..i dont do it but have friends swear by it. You've said here that you've tried it and it doesnt work for you.  I would ask your gynocoligist and see what he suggests. Is it possible you hold it through the night?  maybe as you're trying to make it to the bathroom...ya just cant help what happens...try not drinking anyhting 3 or 4 hours before bed...like nothing aftewr dinner unless you're dying of thirst...try having just a sip.  As far as the morning...you've held it all night or most of the night.  Your gynocologist will probably refer you to a urologist...and they deal with everything concerning kidneys and bladdar and so on....hang in there...this is the only thing I can think to do.  Just wear a little pad or they even have special ones now specifically for that problem.  Not the big diaper kind....their way small called "Poise" I tried them and thought it was a waste of money...wearing a regular thin pad works just as well, and they arent as expensive.  Good luck sweetie..hang in there..

Eileen....who cant believe what time it is....waaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I must be crazier then I thought. :)

  5. Try starting and stopping peeing when you're on the toilet. Do this every time you pee but not when you are standing up because that can cause damage to you. If this does not work, you may want to see a doctor. You can also buy special pad's that catch this faster flow from your bladder.

  6. Probably safer to see a doctor but I would still stick with pelvic exercises as they will strengthen your bladder and can I just say that boys have very small minds.

  7. Sound as though you could possibly have a bladder infection. Go see a doctor to make sure. Otherwise you can drink citrus soda and cranberry juice. Very helpful for bladder problems.

  8. Hmmm... This sounds a little bit like you might have a continual low grade bladder infection. You should see a doctor about this.

    Good luck!
