This is for Italian's what do you think is the best Italian food?what is the worst?

Best - Home made pasta , home made sauce with meatballs,

sausage, pork and beef.    (start with antipasto, homemade

soup -either chicken, wedding bell soup, escarole, pasta fajoie

then end with desserts - cannolis, spumante ice cream and

either a little bit of anisette or alot of good wine , vino.

worse - tripe, which is not just Italian, all nationalities have some

type of tripe recipe.  Yuck. I can eat suffrette but not tripe.

Pesto from basil grown in your own garden on your homemade pasta topped with parmeggiano-the best and the worst is jars of spaghetti sauce which are loaded with sugar and have no flavor whatsoever.
