This is for anyone who is or was a Orphan.?

How would you feel if there was a program or community only run by people who were once orphaned themselves; Orphans taking care of you, teaching you, and being your own family, all the benefits would be yours? (It takes one to know one.) But this would be a government owned community that you would have to serve your country in any services that you wanted, but it would only benefit the country.

It is my opinion that if you have been down the path, you are better able to help someone else that is on that path.

Former drinkers counseling and supporting a person who is on the wagon, ex-smokers, ex-convicts, ex-gamblers.

But by the same token, if you put a whole group of people (or orphans) together it will really not solve the problems you are seeking to assist...

Just my opinion.....I think that all classes of people and circumstances compliment each other, we mentor each other, and in doing so gain our own strength....thank you for your question.
